The European aluminium
industry has created, through a wide internal
and external consultation process, a set of ' sustainability
indicators' for its sector.
This marks an important step in the commitment
made by the entire European aluminium sector to behave
as responsible economic players, while providing employment
and minimising environmental effects. These indicators
will assist external stakeholders in their evaluation
of our industry and products.
